What we process
OrderParity processes the two documents you upload for a comparison, plus account and organization details supplied by the identity provider. Processing is read-only.
Retention of source files
Raw source files, full extraction data, and temporary provider payloads are scheduled for deletion within 24 hours after a comparison reaches a terminal state. Retained citations may continue to show their bounded verified quote and locator.
Retention of reports and backups
Cited reports and generated artifacts remain available for 30 days unless your organization deletes them earlier. Data-only backups age out after seven days and do not contain R2 file bytes.
Deletion
An organization owner may delete a comparison or organization. Access is revoked immediately; active-data purge is targeted within 15 minutes and is reconciled against a content-free deletion ledger.
Subprocessors and data flow
Dedicated providers support identity, database, storage, document extraction, billing, email, hosting, and content-safe observability. Production document processing remains unavailable until the OpenAI project has the required Zero Data Retention controls.
Analytics
Product analytics use allowlisted workflow events only. Filenames, document text, extracted values, supplier names, prices, SKUs, email addresses, signed URLs, and tokens are excluded. Session replay and IP capture are disabled.
Your choices
Contact support@orderparity.com for access, deletion, correction, privacy, or subprocessor questions. Limited security, billing, fraud, legal, and audit metadata may be retained where required.
